Attend Virtually or In-Person!
The Healthcare Advocate Summit is proceeding as planned for a safe and successful show April 6-7, 2020.
Our team and our partners continue to monitor COVID-19 via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).
We are pleased to report that our registration numbers continue to be on pace, and we have had only a few attendee cancellations due to their corporate travel restrictions. To date, 99 percent of our exhibitors and attendees are US-based.
To facilitate maximum participation for those that want to attend that cannot, we will be Live Streaming & Recording the Summit.
LIVE Stream
The Summit will be broadcast live during the event. Participants can watch and participate interactively with the speakers and panelists in real-time.
ONLINE Video
The Summit will be recorded and available on-line after the event.
We did not anticipate something like this. We are still full speed ahead with the summit.
We are working with Mandalay Bay to ensure the best precautions and procedures are strictly adhered to, in order to provide a safe and healthy event.
The Mandalay Bay Convention Center and the Healthcare Advocate Summit will be taking the following actions based on CDC recommendations.

Avoid travel if you are ill
Wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
Use alcohol-based sanitizer when soap and water aren’t available
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth
Avoid close contact with people who are sick
Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue and throw the tissue in the trash
Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects
Sincerely,
